Service Champions technician Eric was working outside on an A/C unit at a Santa Ana home. Out of the corner of his eye, he saw the homeowner walking across the backyard armed with a pair of pliers.
Eric is a friendly type who likes to do a Good Deed For Free whenever he can.
“What are you doing there?” Eric asked.
“I’m going to see if I can fix my sprinkler,” she told him. “It’s been stuck for the past couple of days.”
Eric said he’d be happy to take a look. The customer initially said he didn’t need to bother, but when Eric gently insisted he’d love to help, she said yes.
“Thank you so much, that’s so sweet,” she told Eric.
Eric took a look, and with the help of the pliers was able to get the sprinkler back in action very quickly.
The customer was all smiles and thanked Eric. He explained Good Deeds For Free and that Service Champions is always looking for extra ways to help out.
