¹ If you decide not to take advantage of this benefit, the Precision Tune-up and Professional Cleaning has no monetary value. Limited to 1 Tune-Up and Professional Cleaning per 6-month season. Furnace only memberships are limited to 1 Furnace Tune-Up and Professional Cleaning per year. Benefit must be redeemed before the end of each applicable season (summer and winter).

² If you decide not to take advantage of this benefit, the Plumbing Inspection has no monetary value. Limited to 1 Plumbing Inspection per year. Tank water heater flushes are performed based on equipment condition, which will be determined at the time of the appointment. Hair and debris removal within 1-foot, rooter service additional cost if drain is clogged beyond 1-foot.

³ If you decide not to take advantage of the annual main line preventative rooter service w/camera inspection , the main line rooter service has no monetary value. Preventative main line rooter services are performed based on working free-flowing drains. Only available for single family homes. Excludes: mobile homes, condominiums, townhouses, and any other home that shares a mainline drain. Only applicable to the main line drain up to 100 feet. Accessible cleanout necessary. Limited to 1 main line rooter service per year.

⁷ The original warranty on HVAC or Plumbing repair(s) performed today or while a CHAMP-Rewards member is extended for so long as you remain an uninterrupted CHAMP-Rewards member. Warranty excludes compressors, heat exchangers, coils, refrigerant leaks and drain stoppages. No monetary value.

⁸ You may transfer your CHAMP-Rewards membership to your new home if within our service area, or you may transfer your accrued credits to the new homeowner upon sale of your property. Call us for transfer details.
