Service Champions technician Jack was sitting in his service truck talking on the phone. He was early for his service appointment in Corona and was waiting for his arrival time.
Jack was startled when he suddenly heard someone yell out.
He looked up from his phone to see two women on the sidewalk across the street from where he was parked.
He could see one of the women had fallen to the ground, and he jumped out his truck and rushed across the street to help her.
Thankfully, he could see she was basically unhurt and just a little shaken up. He helped her to her feet and made sure she was alright.
There was a bit of a language barrier but the two women managed to communicate that they were now fine and they thanked Jack for coming to their aid. They gave him big smiles to emphasize that everyone was okay.
