Service Champions technician Kevin had just finished installing an air scrubber for a client in Santa Ana and then he asked if there was anything else he could do for the homeowner.
“Well, actually, I do have a problem. My cable company put an $80 charge on my bill for a boxing match that I didn’t order or watch,” she said. “I don’t even know what it is.”
She went on to explain that she was a little hard of hearing and trying to resolve this on the phone herself would be very challenging.
Kevin didn’t need to be asked twice – he was ready to step into the ring and go a few rounds with the cable company!
“I got on the phone with them and we got it all straightened out,” Kevin said. “I felt good that I was able to help her get her money back.”
The client was very happy and thanked Kevin for stepping in and assisting.
