Like the time our technician Steven was on a service call and noticed a video doorbell system. Steven was genuinely curious about these type of doorbell systems and started talking to the homeowner about it.

The homeowner said she liked the system but was frustrated that she wasn’t getting the smartphone alerts that told her when someone approached the door. Steven offered to help, and 5 minutes later he figured out the setting that needed changed.

The homeowner now had a fully working system and Steven learned more about video doorbells.
