Technician Helps Makes Season A Little Brighter

When technician Andy arrived at a home in Yorba Linda for a diagnostic tune-up, he noticed the homeowner outside preparing to string Christmas lights along the roof.

As Andy proceeded with the tune-up, he noticed the homeowner getting out his ladder and starting to struggle a bit doing it on his own.

Andy thought of the ladder he had on his truck and how he could easily give his client an assist preparing to make the holiday season a little merrier.

Andy mentioned Good Deeds For Free and offered to pitch in.

“We worked well together,” Andy said. “It went much faster and smoother with two of us doing it.”

Andy said when they were done, the homeowner was “really, really grateful.”
