Puppy Adopted Through Facebook Gets A Much Needed Walk
Service Champions technician Victor was talking to his San Clemente customer about her puppy. And what a journey this little fella had been on!
The story began in Arkansas, where the dog had been left at the side of the road and a motorcycle rider picked him up. Not able to take care of the pup himself, the rider posted a picture on Facebook to see if he could find someone willing to adopt the dog.
After several offers to adopt the dog fell through, this San Clemente homeowner asked her son-in-law if he would drive to Arkansas and get the puppy. He agreed, and now this customer was enjoying her new companion.
Victor’s customer also mentioned that the puppy hadn’t been walked in a couple of days. Multiple recent surgeries had left the owner unable to do it.
Victor heard a chance to do a Good Deed and he didn’t hesitate. He immediately offered to walk the dog. She was amazed that a technician would be willing to do that!
This was her first experience with Service Champions and she was not aware of ‘Good Deeds For Free.’ Victor explained, “That’s what our company’s all about, this is what you get from every employee.”
After his lap around the block with the puppy, Victor felt especially good about how appreciative the owner was. “You guys are so nice!”
Thanks for helping Service Champions put its best foot forward Victor! Keep up those ‘Good Deeds For Free!’
