February's Giveaway

Disclaimer: Entrants must be 18 years and older, and a legal homeowner living within the service area covered by the Service Champions Southern California location. Each monthly contest will be limited to one entry per person per household/email address. Only entries submitted following the monthly Newsletter publish date and submitted before midnight of that month’s end date will be counted as part of the monthly giveaway submissions. Last day to enter the giveaway is the last day of the month at 11:59PM. Winners will be announced within one week of the last day of entry date. No purchase necessary to enter. All eligible entries will be complied and winners will be randomly selected by a third party on or about the next business day following the deadline date. Winners will be notified by both phone and/or email. Failure to respond by either phone or email will deem the winner void and another winner will be selected. Winners will be mailed the prize from Service Champions headquarters in Brea. Each winner consents to the use of his or her name/likeness for publicity purposes without additional compensation. Prize is non-transferable. No substitution of prize or exchange for cash. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with receipt of prizes. This contest void where prohibited by law. Decision of Service Champions will be final in all respects regarding the awarding of prizes. Service Champions reserves the right to refuse award of prize in the event of non-compliance with the contest’s rules, fraud, misrepresentation, or counterfeit. Failure to comply with contest rules may result in the awarding of prize to an alternate winner at Service Champions’ option. If giveaway notification or email is returned as undeliverable, giveaway may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. The estimated odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Giveaways are non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of giveaway permitted.
