This Technician Really Cleans Up With These Good Deeds For Free
Service Champions technician Ryan likes to look for extra ways he can help with those little cleaning jobs that can be hard for homeowners to get to.
For example, he had one customer in Fountain Valley who recently had hip replacement surgery. The cabinet area around her furnace and water heater had a lot of debris.
Ryan told her, “I’m going to get that all that vacuumed up for you.”
“Oh, thank you very much,” she said. “With the surgery I haven’t been able to get to it. I’m thankful you would do that.”
Ryan also did something similar for a Tustin homeowner.
“I think the customer had recently had the roof done, and a lot of stuff from that project had fallen into the area around her water heater. I vacuumed it all up and then sealed the gap where everything had been falling through.”
This homeowner was also very happy to have everything cleaned up and to have the peace of mind that Ryan had sealed it up against future problems.
