Service Champions technician John was finishing up a service call at a Cerritos home and he recognized the customer’s vacuum cleaner… he had the same one at home! He also saw that it needed fixed.
John had already had to perform the same fix on his, so he knew exactly what to do.
He pulled out his screwdriver and gently pried a switch back to ‘closed’ position. This allowed him to snap the vacuum hose back into place… and just like that everything was in working order again, and all in less than a minute!
“It was simple, especially since I had one at home,” John said. “The customer was super happy.”
John explained to the homeowner that these kind of Good Deeds are all part of the culture of Service Champions and that he was happy to do it.
