Technicians Frank and Marcus were fixing a HVAC system for a client in Dana Point, and they noticed a big box containing a car seat had been delivered to the front door.
The client told Frank and Marcus that she was expecting her first baby – a boy.
Frank and Marcus congratulated her and asked if they could help her by bringing in the box.
“Where is the best place we can put it for you?” Frank asked.
“Oh, that would be helpful to me,” she said, and requested they put it in the corner of her living room.
Frank and Marcus got it moved for her.
“She was grateful for the help,” Frank said.
