Technician Starts Out Cleaning Up Attic Insulation… And Then Makes It A ‘Clean Sweep’ By Doing The Kitchen & Living Room, Too
At Service Champions, we always clean up after ourselves – we believe in leaving our work area cleaner than we found it. But we often take it even further and do a Good Deed For Free by cleaning other parts of the home.
That’s what happened when technician David was up in the attic of a La Verne home performing service. There were loose bits of insulation near his work area that needed cleaned up and David got out his broom and got to work.
With broom already in hand, he decided to sweep up the living room and kitchen, too. His client had already apologized that the house was not as neat as he liked to keep it, and David saw this as a chance to help him out.
The homeowner was really appreciative and thanked David for taking the extra time.
“He was super happy about it,” David said. “He’d been involved in Boy Scouts and mentioned that he liked that our company had similar values of doing things for people whenever possible.”
David, thanks for taking the extra 20 minutes to give your client a helping hand – that’s a terrific Good Deed For Free!
