There’s something special about community events that bring together multiple generations for a greater purpose.
Classic cars that spark nostalgia.
Families spending time together outdoors.
Children discovering new experiences.
And a community rallying around education and opportunity for future generations.
That’s why Service Champions Plumbing, Heating & AC was proud to participate for the second consecutive year in the annual Classic and Antique Car Show: Kids’ Ride Into Nature on May 30.
The event was more than just a showcase of incredible vintage and antique vehicles — it was an opportunity to help support an organization making a meaningful impact on children throughout the community.
Supporting The Nature Education Foundation
The event raises funds for The Nature Education Foundation (TNEF), an organization that has been providing nature education programs to students, schools, and local communities completely free of charge for the past 23 years.
Their mission is both simple and powerful:
To educate and empower youth to appreciate, preserve, and protect nature.
TNEF works to inspire a new generation of explorers, naturalists, community scientists, and environmental stewards by helping children build stronger connections not only with nature, but also with their communities and themselves.
At a time when many children spend more time indoors and on screens, programs like these create invaluable opportunities for hands-on learning, outdoor discovery, and personal growth.
More Than a Car Show
The Kids’ Ride Into Nature event brought together families, car enthusiasts, local businesses, and community supporters for a day centered around giving back.
Rows of beautifully restored classic and antique cars filled the event, creating an atmosphere that blended history, craftsmanship, and community pride.
For Service Champions, participating in events like this reflects who we are as a company.
As a residential HVAC, plumbing, and drain service provider serving homeowners throughout Southern California, we believe our responsibility extends beyond air conditioning repair, plumbing installations, and drain cleaning services.
We believe in investing in the communities we serve.
Whether we’re helping homeowners with:
- AC repair and air conditioning maintenance
- Furnace and heating services
- Plumbing repairs
- Drain cleaning and rooter services
- Water heater installations
- Indoor air quality solutions
or supporting educational and community-focused organizations, our goal is always the same: create a positive impact that lasts.
Building Community Connections Beyond Home Service
Throughout the event, the Service Champions team had the opportunity to connect with families, community leaders, and fellow supporters who all shared a passion for giving back.
Events like Kids’ Ride Into Nature remind us that strong communities are built through partnership, involvement, and showing up for causes that matter.
It’s easy to think of HVAC and plumbing companies simply as businesses that repair equipment or respond to emergencies.
But at Service Champions, we’ve always believed our work is about people first.
It’s about helping families feel comfortable in their homes.
It’s about supporting organizations creating opportunities for children.
And it’s about contributing to events that help make our communities stronger.
Proud to Continue Supporting the Mission
We’re incredibly grateful to The Nature Education Foundation, the event organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and everyone who participated in this year’s event.
Being invited back for a second year was truly an honor, and we’re proud to continue supporting a mission that helps inspire curiosity, confidence, education, and environmental stewardship in future generations.
Because sometimes the most important investments we make aren’t in equipment or buildings.
They’re in people.
They’re in children.
And they’re in the future of our communities.
