From the time I made my appointment and my conversation with the customer service rep, to the phone confirmation, and when the service rep Mike showed up, he laid down his own door mat and put on shoe coverings before entering my home, the rest of the visit was professional and Mike went beyond his service call duties. He explained everything he was doing in detail, he made friends with my yellow lab in the backyard and gained his trust, and before he left he saw that my kids bikes needed some TLC and he assisted with that.
