Service Champions technician Damon arrived at an Irvine home and was explaining to his client some of the things he would be doing as part of the service.
“One of the things we’ll be doing is rinsing off the coils.” Damon explained.
“Oh, that’s great, I have a brand-new thing that will be perfect,” the homeowner said.
She went on to explain that she had ordered an Aqua Joe hose and it had just arrived. It was so new she hadn’t opened it and used it. In fact, she wasn’t even sure about how all the settings worked.
Damon saw an opportunity to help.
“Why don’t we take a look at it together?” Damon said.
He removed it from the packaging, got it installed, and then worked through the settings with his client to make sure she was comfortable using it.
Damon even watered the flowers and bushes for her to demonstrate.
“She was really excited to have it ready to go and to understand how to use it,” Damon said.
