Technician Lends A Hand To Ease The Stress Of Moving
Our technician David was at a home in Rancho Cucamonga doing a final tune-up for a client.
It was the last tune-up because this client was getting ready to move out of state. One of the last things to need packed was this desktop computer and David could see him struggling to disassemble it.
David asked if he could possibly be of some help.
“Well, you probably can do better than I am – I don’t know what the heck I’m doing!” the client told him.
The problem was compounded because the client’s tools were already packed and in a shipping container.
No problem for David because he of course had tools on him. In no time at all, David got the computer parts disassembled and ready to pack.
“He was very appreciative. He did not want to have to try and find and unpack his own tools – he was very ecstatic and said ‘Great!’” David said.
Thanks David – we all know how stressful moving can be – lending a helping a hand where you can is an excellent Good Deed For Free!
